We accept payment by PayPal, and we only ship to the address which the buyer provides within the PayPal payment, no exceptions.

If no payment is made within 5 days, an unpaid item reminder will be filed with eBay, and the buyer forfeits the auction win.

Shipping price includes all handling charges, packaging and all other expenses associated with the transaction.

Any PC?s sold AS-IS are only meant to be as described and come with no warranty.

We will repair any hardware issues you may encounter with your pc within 30 days of delivery (only on units with DOA warranty).  If repair or a replacement is not available, your payment will be refunded minus shipping cost.

Item must be shipped back to us exactly as it was shipped to the buyer, at the expense of the buyer within 30 days of delivery.

We work very hard to make sure a buyer does not have to go through the experience of receiving a DOA item.  This is why all products are tested before shipment.

Please keep in mind DOA warranty means dead on arrival, i.e. the pc is dead and won?t boot.  Software and physical imperfections are not covered under DOA. Although buyers are always welcome to contact us for help with any issue they may have with their pc.

Computers arriving DOA from us is rare and we try our best to protect you from any situation where you would have to ask for a refund or exchange.  In the rare instance where this happens, we just want you to know we are here for you.
